TransAT Tutorial Manual 8.1. Flow around a train entering a tunnel

• Click to create the train and send it to the mesh

The train motion now needs to be specified:

• Switch to the Objects tab

• Select the train object that appeared in the list of objects. Make sure the train is coloured
in orange in the Graphical window

• Under the Object Motion, find Type of Object Motion

• Change to Specified and click the .

• In the window, enter 1 m/s in the X Translation

• Click to apply
