TransAT Tutorial Manual 8.1. Flow around a train entering a tunnel

• To visualize fluid-solid interface when using IST technique, click in the toolbar (alterna-
tively select Filters − > Common − > Contour in the menu bar). Use Contour by: EmbI
and enter Isosurface: 0 to see your solid objects. Click .

• With the Contour highlighted, choose Solid Color from the drop-down box.

• Make the father object visible (xy-<projectname>.0000*) by clicking on the icon to its
left.

• To visualise the results against time, go to the last frame by hitting the Play in the toolbar.

To get a rough idea about visualisation of TransAT results with ParaView, please refer to the
TransAT Paraview Tutorial .
